“Elements” classes are geared toward athletes new to CrossFit. These classes can be just as effective for current athletes to revisit and further develop the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Elements is designed to be taken 2 – 3 times a week, and is aimed at developing and maintaining consistent technique and improved mobility.

During each class you will perform the same “Workout of the Day” – WOD – as posted on our website http://crossfit38degreesnorth.com/blog/. You will experience specific attention given to instruction and significant explanation of each of our fundamental movements. Elements has a less competitive environment so that proper technique and full range of motion can be established for each movement. Establishing this full range of motion will lead to a long, safe experience with this sport.
