We tested the full snatch around two months ago.  Tomorrow won’t be a true one rep max test but some of you might surprise yourself with the number you can hit on the Hang Snatch.  If you are feeling good keep putting weight on.  if you are not feeling it just work speed under the bar and other technique.  Have fun, I don’t think there is a better form of the snatch movement to improve speed and bottom position then the hang Snatch. Have fun, and unbroken and fast the entire 12 min for that WOD.
