Happy B Day to Dustin B!  It has been great to get to know this guy better over the last year.  Dustin is a solid as they come.  Dustin is as soft spoken guy with one hell of a positive energy about him.  This guy is always smiling.  Athletes like Dustin are so important to this community.  Day in and day out they show up, put in the work and and add to the glue that keeps us all together.  Dustin has made some serious strength gains along the way as well.  Happy B Day Dustin!

A) 2 Min Assault/Row


20 Sec Lunges

20 Sec Ring rows

B) 8 Min to warm up deadlift to around 85% then

12 min to establish 1 Rep Max Deadlift,  I would suggest a minimum of 2+ min rest between heavy reps.  If you finish before 20 min go to assault and ride at 50%

C) “The Matrix”

24 Double Unders

12 Hanging Power Snatch 75/55 (please don’t drop bars with 10’s)

6 Overhead Barbell Lunges (alt legs) same weight as snatch

GO into lunge directly after your last snatch!
