Last year after the last 6pm Open WOD a big crew went to Brewsters to celebrate. I would love to do that again this Friday, and head to the Block or Brewsters after the 6pm. Let’s get as many athletes to the 6pm as possible, so if you have been hitting it at the 9:30am or open box try to delay it so you can come out after for a beer. Whether you are in the open or not please come out and hang. I’ll post official spot and time later this week. Definitely the funnest CrossFit open WOD to watch so far this year. I’ve been posting so Pr’s and great performances on the Crew Page but there were some more great energy coming out of the box today. Bryan L coming off the mountain after 8 days of firefighting to hit 5 reps at 225, Danny M finishing the 225’s and getting some pistols, and Rachel A Pr’ing her C&J at 145! Good stuff guys. One more this week and we are done for another year. Either Thrusters or OHS coming this week with some type of pull so we are hitting them tomorrow,
