Theres only so much body weight movements we can do so I will start adding those movements tomorrow night. Reflective first day of the corona quarantine. Trying to not read too many updates about the virus and spending quality time with the family. Some good weather wouldn’t hurt things:) I am searching for lessons and meaning in the 21 day period and I am sure they will be presented to us all at some point.
